Refunds and Returns.

We give you a 100% money back guarantee- we will refund or replace – whichever you prefer.

100% Money Back Guarantee is available for any products you purchased that do not perform to your expectations.
They may be returned to us within 90 days for a full refund. Simply contact us and advise the issue.
You simply pay the cost to return the product. Once received by us we will refund you the price of the goods plus the return shipping for that item or replace the items if you prefer, provided the goods are returned in the same condition as they were sent.
We will need proof of purchase prior to making the refund.

IMPORTANT

If you are unhappy with any product purchased from Neeming Australia Pty Ltd you must contact us by email or phone within 90 days of the initial purchase and advise the circumstances.
If you have purchased our product through a re-seller or another party, please return the product to them to request your refund/replacement.
Refunds or returns will be processed by us within 48 hours of receiving the item at our premises. It may then take up to 48 hours for the money to be credited to the bank into your account.
All refund claims within the 90 day period will be handled in the same way as they were paid.
Replacement product will only be shipped after the returned item has been received by Neeming Australia Pty Ltd.

POSTAGE

Australian Orders
Most orders are sent via Australia Post. However, we reserve the right to use couriers at our discretion or as a backup.
For orders over $100 postage is FREE – for all other orders the cost is $10.50
Orders within Australia have tracking facility.
Turnaround time – we strive to forward orders at the earliest time possible and in most cases we turn orders around in 2 – 4 working days.

Overseas orders are sent via air mail with Australia Post or by courier.
Minimum postage cost per order AUD 50.00
Overseas orders normally take approximately 10-12 working days to arrive from date of departure.
Orders have tracking facility.
